Site & Infrastructure
The site features a subtropical monsoon climate, with elevations ranging from 200m to 1900m. Temperature spans from -5℃ to 38℃, and it has stable power and water supply. Moreover, compressed air supports normal operation, ensuring the equipment runs stably all year round.

Furthermore, it reduces manual operation and potential errors.The 2,000-ton/year silver refining project is currently under on-site investigation. It will adopt the high-efficiency down-discharge silver electrolytic cells manufactured by Zhengzhou Jinqquan, along with intelligent cranes to achieve the automation of bagging anode plates, loading cells, unloading cells, cleaning anode bags, and cleaning anode slime. The bottom of the electrolytic cells is directly connected to the silver powder cleaning and drying machine, and the silver powder pneumatic conveying system directly transports the silver powder to the automatic ingot casting system's material bin. The automatic ingot casting system uses graphite clay crucibles and cast steel molds, and integrates melting, casting, fume extraction, demolding, cooling, head cutting, polishing, weighing, coding, palletizing, and AGV transportation for storage, all in one seamless process.
