Gold extraction from circuit boards
It is understood that in addition to the 30 per cent of inert oxides and 30 per cent of plastics contained in the circuit boards, there are also 40 per cent of metals, with 0.1 per cent of gold in the metal content.
In addition, according to the different types of waste circuit boards contained in the amount of gold is also different, of which the gold content of the computer board accounted for the metal content of the waste circuit boards 0.1%, TV sets accounted for 0.2%, in the waste circuit boards in the gold content of the most belong to the mobile phone.
A tonne of used mobile phone circuit boards can be extracted 0.034g of gold, 0.34g of silver, 25g of copper and other metals, while a tonne of ore can only be extracted 20g of gold, which can be seen in the waste circuitry extracted from the gold content is still quite large!
