Electrolytic Gold Equipment

         Electrolytic Gold Equipment is used to electrolyze crude gold to produce

high-purity gold.

         Crude gold (Au) is oxidized at the anode and dissolved into the electrolyte:

                                   Au + 4Cl⁻ - 3e⁻ -> AuCl₄⁻

        Gold ions are reduced at the cathode and deposited as 9999 high-purity gold:

                                    AuCl₄⁻ + 3e⁻ -> Au + 4Cl⁻

         For other impurity metals (such as silver, copper, platinum, palladium.),

the anode dissolution reaction is as follows：

                                      Ag + Cl⁻ - e⁻ -> AgCl
                                       Cu -> Cu²⁺ + 2e⁻
                                    Pt + 6Cl⁻ - 4e⁻ -> PtCl₆²⁻
                                    Pd + 4Cl⁻ - 2e⁻ -> PdCl₄²⁻

        The gold electrolysis system uses advanced electrolysis technology to efficiently

refine 90-98% crude gold into 99.99% pure gold. PLC-controlled automation ensures

stable operation and reduces labor costs while maximizing recovery rates. The system

also recovers precious metals such as silver, platinum and palladium from anode mud,

improving profitability. Equipped with an environmentally friendly gas purification

system to minimize the emission of chlorine and nitric acid fumes.

        Our gold electrolysis modular design allows customization of different processing
