Platinum Palladium Rhodium Chemical Refining Equipment Systems

A refining system is one of the machines used to obtain a wide range of precious metals such as gold, silver, platinum, palladium and rhodium in high purity. It is indispensable in the jewelry industry. In addition, it is the most important machine in e-waste recycling, catalytic converters and many other chemical treatments in recycling and production.

The Proses Makina refining system is equipped with a cold water circulation condenser that provides good acid recovery and good flue gas neutralization. The refining system consists of a cylinder made of polypropylene with an inclination of about 25° and offers the possibility to adjust the speed of rotation by means of a special motor with continuous rotation. This continuous rotation allows a good scrubbing of precious metal particles, sludge and thus their fast and smooth dissolution.

The chemical refining system includes refiner, settling tank, scrubber, filter press, cooler, decanter centrifuge.
