The company's main business: silver electrolysis unit, gold electrolysis unit, nitrogen oxide waste gas treatment system equipment, platinum, palladium and rhodium refining and purification production and other common equipment

Features of Our Pt/Pd/Rh Recovery & Refining Line
Our production line is flexibly designed for client-specific materials and operational preferences, capable of refining and separating Pt/Pd/Rh from feedstocks with >5% purity, yielding final products of ≥99.95% purity.

  1. High Recovery Rates
Conventional methods struggle with low dissolution rates due to palladium oxide formation (insoluble in acids) and the inherent stability of Rh/Ir/Ru in aqua regia. Our pre-treatment process enhances metal dissolution, significantly improving recovery efficiency.

  2. Continuous Operation

    • Glass Elevated Tanks: Replace traditional PP tanks (prone to contamination and poor visibility) with transparent, easy-to-clean glass tanks, boosting capacity and product quality.

    • Horizontal Filters: Upgraded from suction bottles, these 3°-tilted filters enable seamless liquid transfer to glass tanks via drainage pipes, doubling productivity.

  3. Optimized Ventilation Design
Traditional fume hoods with constant airflow lead to PGM loss via vaporization. Our enclosed system features:

    • Sealed reaction vessels with condensers for gas-liquid separation, recovering PGMs from vapors.

    • Glass filters/tanks for full visibility, plus spray-wash systems to minimize metal retention.

    • Treated NOx exhaust (<20–100 mg/m³) is directly routed to scrubber towers, maintaining workshop cleanliness.

  4. Mature Exhaust Treatment
Our multi-stage NOx treatment system (gas-liquid separators, oxidation tanks, jet-scrubber towers) reduces high-concentration NOx emissions (~30,000 mg/m³) to <100 mg/m³ (often <20 mg/m³), meeting stringent standards.

Key Advantages Highlighted:

  • Concise technical terms (e.g., "PGM" for brevity, "aqua regia" for industry familiarity).

  • Active voice and logical flow for readability.

  • Metric units and industry-standard phrasing (e.g., "internationally advanced," "feedstocks").

  • Emphasis on USP: Customization, recovery rates, and environmental compliance.
