Each batch can refine 10-15kg of palladium, using glass reaction vessels and liquid storage tanks, and the entire reaction process is transparent and visible , Easy to clean, no backlog, the reaction vessel and filter device are all vacuum air-conditioned, easy to operate, the reaction air hood is designed with a transparent sliding door, and the air hood is designed with a smoke guide plate, which can completely extract the generated exhaust gas.
The waste gas to be treated includes the nitrogen oxide waste gas produced by the dissolution of palladium aqua regia and the alkaline waste gas produced by the palladium refining process. The nitrogen oxide waste gas is treated by two-stage bubbling absorption + four-stage jet absorption + one-stage lye spraying. The toxic waste gas is treated by two-stage acid spraying.
The project was put into operation in January 2020, and the operation effect is good. In August 2020, Shanghai Yaohua signed a platinum refining and waste gas treatment contract with the company.
