To advance silver electrolysis, increasing current density is key—while ensuring high-quality cells (National Standard Grade 1 silver) and stable operation. However, traditional electrolytic cells face challenges. Their conventional electrolyte circulation limits performance at high current densities, causing severe concentration polarization. This lowers silver powder quality. Additionally, standard cell conduction and electrode connections overheat under high current density, damaging equipment.

To reduce concentration polarization, we improved ion diffusion by enhancing electrolyte circulation. Learning from foreign technologies, we redesigned the cell structure. Now, it enables efficient circulation even at 650–750 A/m², producing Grade 1 silver reliably.

Our upgraded cell doubles production capacity versus conventional ones of the same size. It also cuts silver trapped in electrolyte, reducing working capital needs. Fewer devices are required, lowering maintenance costs.

This breakthrough boosts efficiency without compromising quality or reliability in silver electrolysis.
